Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] along with your order number and clear photos of the product and package.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, Sirukai does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• Your order arrives damaged during transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
